Summary :

Responsible for planning, leading, and delivering software projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

- Coordinate and manage the work of developers, testers, and other team members throughout the SDLC.

- Track progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Facilitate regular ceremonies/meetings (stand?ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, status reviews).

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.

- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial and time constraints.

- Oversee testing, quality assurance, deployment, and transition to support/operations.

- Ensure documentation, change management, and compliance with internal standards and processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 25+ years of experience in software development or IT projects, with at least some experience in a coordinating or lead role.?

- Proven experience managing software or IT projects, preferably with Agile methods.

- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Strong leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem's olving abilities

- Risk management, problem's olving, and decision?making under time and resource constraints.?
