Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Define and maintain project and delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Oversee product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

- Coordinate releases management and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Monitor project health metrics, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality standards.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.

- On-time delivery of project milestones and releases.

- Maintain high-quality standards with minimal defects in production.

- Achieve stakeholder satisfaction and alignment on project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10 to 16 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in technical project management.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing product backlogs.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.

- Strong background in enterprise-grade solution development and delivery.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
