Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Project Manager to spearhead the execution of large-scale, cross-

functional global programs within an eCommerce ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between engineering teams and diverse business units, including Product, Design, Security, and Marketing. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical initiativesfrom initial scoping and resource planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep "Solid Understanding of eCommerce foundational concepts" and has a proven track record of managing high-velocity engineering teams in an Agile environment. You will leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet to maintain total transparency, manage risks proactively, and ensure that every milestone aligns with broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

- Strategic Program Leadership : Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional, global technical programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.

- Engineering Partnership : Work as a strategic peer to engineering leads to navigate technical dependencies, unblock development hurdles, and oversee the launch of complex system architectures.

- ECommerce Foundational Management : Apply deep domain knowledge of eCommerce (Checkout flows, Payment Gateways, Inventory Management, and Search) to guide technical decision-making.

- Cross-Functional Orchestration : Manage stakeholders across Product Management, Design, Research, Legal, Security, IT, Operations, and Sales to ensure holistic project alignment.

- Agile Governance & Tooling : Master the use of Jira for sprint management, Confluence for technical documentation, and Smartsheet for high-level program tracking and resource allocation.

- Risk & Dependency Mapping : Proactively identify technical and operational risks, developing mitigation strategies to prevent project slippage.

- Security & Compliance Integration : Coordinate with Legal and Security teams to ensure all technical deployments adhere to global data privacy laws and cybersecurity standards.

- Resource Optimization : Balance engineering capacity with product roadmaps, ensuring that high-priority technical debt and new features are addressed systematically.

- Technical Documentation : Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of project requirements, architectural decisions, and deployment playbooks for cross-team reference.

- Launch & Post-Mortem Excellence : Oversee complex "Go-Live" events and conduct thorough post-launch reviews to identify process improvements for future sprints.

Technical Requirements :

- Project Management Mastery : 8+ years of experience leading global, cross-functional technical programs, preferably in a high-growth tech or eCommerce environment.

- SDLC Knowledge : Expert understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure).

- Platform Proficiency : Advanced hands-on experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence, and enterprise-grade scheduling tools like Smartsheet.

- ECommerce Expertise : Practical experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify Plus, or custom-built microservices) and headless commerce architectures.

- API & Data Governance : Understanding of API-first design and how data flows between disparate business systems (ERP, CRM, OMS).
