Technical Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive Mid-Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects from initiation to closure. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, technical understanding, and leadership to bridge technical teams and business objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams (e.g., Development, QA, DevOps).

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality assurance processes.

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- Project Management Tools : Proficiency with JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar.

- SDLC & Methodologies : Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall.

- Technical Acumen : Ability to understand and discuss concepts related to software development, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and DevOps principles (CI/CD).

- Problem-Solving : Aptitude for identifying and resolving technical and project-related challenges.

- Version Control : Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, IT).

- 5 years of technical project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
