We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee a dynamic team in the development of cutting-edge applications using Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL technologies.

This role demands a deep understanding of software development practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning And Management.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Technical Oversight :

- Provide technical guidance and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL-based solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment.

Team Leadership :

- Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

Stakeholder Management :- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including status updates, risk assessments, and project outcomes.

Process Improvement :

- Identify and implement improvements in project management processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging current best practices.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Masters degree is a plus.

Experience :

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within software development environments.

- Proven experience in managing projects involving Java, Spring Microservices, React, and MySQL technologies.

Certifications : PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

Technical Requirement :

- Strong understanding of Java and Spring Framework.

- Proficient in front-end technologies, particularly React.

- Solid knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
