Technical Project Manager

Job Title : Project Manager (Tech Java + Azure)

Location : Bangalore

Experience Required : 10 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.

- Create and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and delivery timelines.

- Proactively identify, manage, and communicate project risks and issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and operations.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking, collaboration, and reporting.

- PMP certification preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL, SQL, PL/SQL.

- Familiarity with Angular, JUnit, Sonar, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience reviewing and guiding design and architecture in a hybrid cloud setup.

Hands-on experience with services such as :

- Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Center

- Encryption & Security best practices

- Azure DevOps pipelines and tools
