About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Project Lead ERP to lead ERP technology initiatives, integration, database management, performance optimization, reporting, and technical delivery. The role will work closely with business, functional, infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure ERP systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise ERP systems.

- Define and maintain ERP system architecture, technical standards, and integration frameworks.

- Lead ERP database management, including performance monitoring, optimization, data integrity, and availability.

- Design and manage integrations between ERP platforms and other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.

- Identify and resolve ERP performance issues across applications, databases, integrations, and infrastructure.

- Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization initiatives to improve system reliability and response times.

- Oversee ERP reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring accurate, timely, and accessible business information.

- Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure ERP systems comply with enterprise security, access-control, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues.

- Manage technical delivery for ERP projects, enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Review technical designs, implementation plans, and deliverables to ensure adherence to architecture and engineering standards.

- Maintain technical documentation, system architecture documents, integration specifications, and operational procedures.

- Mentor technical team members and provide technical guidance on ERP development, integration, database, and support activities.

- Provide regular project and technical status updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in ERP technology, application development, implementation, integration, or support.

- Strong understanding of ERP system architecture and enterprise application environments.

- Hands-on experience with ERP database management, SQL, database performance tuning, and data management.

- Strong experience in ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Knowledge of ERP reporting, analytics, and data extraction.

- Understanding of ERP security, access management, data security, and compliance.

- Experience with performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise applications.

- Experience leading technical projects or initiatives involving multiple teams.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, change management, and production support processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
