Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Delivery Manager to serve as the primary technical delivery partner for enterprise customers. This is a highly client-facing role responsible for driving successful implementation, adoption, and delivery of AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions across enterprise BFSI environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation and post-deployment phases.

- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.

- Translate customer business goals into actionable delivery plans and technical solutions.

- Coordinate with customer engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and business teams.

- Drive deployments, integrations, data onboarding, UAT, and production rollouts.

- Facilitate architecture reviews, technical workshops, and implementation planning sessions.

- Track delivery milestones, manage risks, resolve blockers, and provide executive-level status updates.

- Coordinate infrastructure provisioning, API integrations, security approvals, networking, and compliance activities.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.

- Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and transition into operational support.

- Manage multiple enterprise customer engagements simultaneously.
