Were Hiring : Technical Project Delivery / Managed Services Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Delivery / Managed Services Leader to drive end-to-end technology delivery, managed services, service operations, and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Technical Project Delivery & Managed Services engagements

- Own delivery across scope, timelines, quality, SLAs, KPIs, and budgets

- Manage application support, service operations, incident, problem, change & release management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders

- Drive service governance, operational reviews, MIS, dashboards, and performance reporting

- Manage technical teams, resource planning, capacity, and delivery performance

- Lead major incidents, RCA, escalations, risk & issue management

- Drive process automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

- Ensure adherence to ITIL, Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC practices

- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, infrastructure, security, QA, and business teams

- Manage vendors and third-party partners

- Support transition, transformation, migration, solutioning, and service onboarding initiatives

Required Skills :

- 15 to 18 years of overall IT experience

- Strong experience in Technical Project Delivery / Managed Services / IT Service Delivery

- Strong client & stakeholder management experience

- Expertise in ITIL, Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management

- Experience managing large technical teams

- Strong SLA/KPI, governance, risk & escalation management experience

- Exposure to Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and enterprise technologies

- PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification preferred
