Role and Responsibilities :

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of tasks and milestones

- Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

- Organize and participate in project status meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items

- Monitor project progress and highlight risks, dependencies, and blockers to project managers

- Maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, reports, and status dashboards

- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending items across teams

- Support preparation of status reports and presentations for senior management

- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Act as a communication bridge between teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Requirements :

- Strong coordination and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience working in cross-functional environments

- Good understanding of project lifecycle and delivery processes

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar (preferred)

- Must be the part of Scrum Calls, Preparing the status Report, Maintaining the documents.
