Role Overview :


As a Technical Program Manager at LIVE CONNECTIONS, you will be at the forefront of driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholder teams to define project scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions. This role demands a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing technical programs from inception to launch, ultimately impacting our customers' experience and the company's growth.


Key Responsibilities :



- Define and manage program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.


- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to track progress and ensure timely completion.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Monitor and report on program progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.

- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.

- Lead and mentor junior program managers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Required Skillset :


- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to adapt them to specific project needs.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
