We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Data Analytics department. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional data-related initiatives.


The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of data analytics, strong technical aptitude, exceptional program management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact data solutions. This role requires hands-on engagement with data, code, and statistical concepts.



Responsibilities :



- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks proactively.



- Act as the primary point of contact and bridge between technical teams (Data Science, Data Engineering) and non-technical stakeholders (Product Management, Operations, Leadership).



- Drive stakeholder management by effectively communicating program status, risks, and changes to executive and working-level audiences.



- Facilitate decision-making and achieve consensus across multiple teams with competing priorities.



- Exhibit great communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely.



- Have hands-on knowledge of SQL and Python. and strong analytical skills to interpret IoT data, identify trends, and translate business questions into analytical requirements.



- Oversee data analysis work, ensuring outputs are accurate, insightful, and actionable for business teams.



- Champion a data-driven culture and identify opportunities to improve data collection, processing, and analysis pipelines.



- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical and organisational hurdles that arise during program execution.



Requirements :



- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, with a significant focus on data analytics, data science, or business intelligence initiatives.



- Proven experience working in data-related projects and programs (e. g., building data pipelines, developing analytical platforms, implementing ML models).



- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.



- A solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in real-world data analysis.



- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.



- Experience in working in a native cloud ecosystem.



- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e. g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift).



- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e. g., Tableau, Power BI).



- Experience in an IoT, tech, or scaled data environment is highly desirable.



- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e. g., Jira, Confluence).



- Prior experience managing programs that involve production-level machine learning models.



- Knowledge to leverage Gen AI in day-to-day work to be more efficient and smart
