Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage and deliver complex technical projects with a strong focus on cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate has excellent program management skills, technical depth in cloud platforms, and a track record of successful project execution in fast-paced environments.

Primary Skills :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of technical programs from planning to delivery.

- Translate business goals into technical plans, timelines, and deliverables.

- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

- Drive Agile/Scrum processes, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

- Provide detailed, transparent project updates to leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in technical program management.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.

Good-to-Have (Preferred) :

- Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure or migrations.

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or automation projects.

- Vendor/third-party coordination and management experience.
