Job Description:

End-to-end program management for AI team initiatives from kickoff through launch, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Maintain a single source of truth for project status across multiple teams.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of TPM / Engineering Program Management experience is mandatory.

- Candidate should come from a strong technical / engineering background and have transitioned into a TPM role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs, ensuring milestones are met within defined timelines and quality standards.

- Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and business teams to resolve technical blockers and align on project priorities.

- Manage cross-team dependencies by identifying potential bottlenecks early and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.

- Define and track key performance metrics to provide visibility into program health and operational efficiency for leadership review.

- Drive process improvements within the software development lifecycle to increase team productivity and reduce time-to-market for new features.

- Lead technical planning sessions and sprint reviews, ensuring that engineering efforts remain focused on high-impact business outcomes.
