Role Summary :

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can successfully lead complex technology initiatives and drive cross-functional program execution.

What You'll Do :

- Lead end-to-end technology programs

- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies

- Drive Agile delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders

- Create executive dashboards and portfolio reporting

- Ensure successful program execution across multiple teams

What We're Looking For :

- 3+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experience

- Experience managing large-scale technology projects

- Strong stakeholder and communication skills

- Agile expertise (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

- Hands-on experience with JIRA & Confluence

- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets

- PMP / SAFe / Scrum certifications preferred
