Technical Program Manager - Agile Methodologies

Responsibilities :

- Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and business objectives.

- Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to internal teams.

- Lead strategic cross-product initiatives that span multiple teams and domains.

- Lead project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Ensure release readiness by working across teams to ensure product launches are well-documented, coordinated, and supported.

- Report and escalate to management as needed, managing the relationship with the client and stakeholders.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.

- Perform data analysis (root cause deep dives, correlations, regressions, simulations, and optimization) to identify different opportunities to reduce process gaps.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Manage audit engagements and liaise with auditors to achieve and maintain certifications, ensuring our systems comply with leading industry standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, building software/SaaS products.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science is a plus.

- Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is required.

- Experience managing end-to-end projects in high-growth environments.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools like Azure.

- DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

- Experience in audit readiness activities and collaboration with auditors/regulators for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is a plus.

- Experience in privacy management, internal data handling practices, and external readiness (e. g., CCPA/GDPR) is a plus.

- PMP, Agile certification, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
