Technical Program Manager

Description :

Our client Elevance is seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale AI/ML and GenAI initiatives.

The ideal consultant will have a strong technical foundation and proven experience driving cross-functional delivery of enterprise AI platforms.

This role requires recent hands-on experience managing AI-driven programs, including LLM integrations, MLOps frameworks, and cloud-based AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise AI/ML programs.

- Manage GenAI/LLM implementations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms).

- Drive roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.

- Coordinate across Engineering, Data Science, Product, Cloud, and DevOps teams.

- Oversee AI lifecycle : data ingestion, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

- Ensure compliance, governance, and scalable AI architecture practices.

- Implement Agile/SAFe methodologies and program governance frameworks.

Required Skills :

- 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in technical program management.

- Recent experience leading AI/ML or GenAI-based enterprise programs.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Proven ability to manage large distributed technical teams.

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with LLMs, NLP, Predictive Analytics, or intelligent automation.

- PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications.

- Background in enterprise digital transformation initiatives
