Job Title : Technical Product Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our technology products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technology products.

Responsibilities :

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, considering market trends, customer needs, and business goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and potential areas for product differentiation.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to define and prioritize product features, specifications, and user stories based on business and customer requirements.

- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure that product designs align with the defined requirements and user experience goals.

- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Set clear and measurable product goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against them.

- Lead the product release process, coordinating with engineering, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.

- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on product features and functionalities.

- Monitor market trends, technology advancements, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

- Provide product training and support to internal teams, including sales, customer support, and implementation, to ensure a deep understanding of the product's features and benefits.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to the product domain.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a software or technology-driven organization.

- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements and specifications.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development and launch processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across teams.

- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful technology products within agreed timelines and budgets.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA or similar project management systems.

- Knowledge of market research and product management best practices.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification :

- Experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience in working with designers to create userfriendly products.

- Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision making.

- Familiarity with product management tools and frameworks, such as Product Management ,Canvas or Lean Startup.
