ManifestIT is an enterprise Change Intelligence and Observability platform that builds a knowledge graph of infrastructure, code, identities, and telemetry to help organizations understand what changed, why incidents happened, and how to prevent them. The platform integrates with cloud providers, CI/CD systems, Kubernetes, observability tools, and enterprise IT systems.

Role Overview :

ManifestIT is looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the design and delivery of core platform capabilities across cloud integrations, knowledge graph modeling, observability, and AI-driven operations workflows.

The role requires strong collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and enterprise customers to translate complex operational problems into scalable product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy :

- Define product vision and roadmap for ManifestIT platform capabilities.

- Identify opportunities in DevOps, SRE, observability, security, and infrastructure management domains.

- Work with leadership to prioritize product investments and feature delivery.

Technical Product Definition :

- Convert complex infrastructure and operational problems into clear product specifications.

Define system behaviors for integrations with :

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Kubernetes and container platforms

CI/CD systems :

- Observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.)

- Identity and access management systems

Platform and Data Modeling :

- Define data models for resources, dependencies, change events, and telemetry.

- Work closely with engineering teams on graph modeling, event ingestion, and correlation logic.

- Ensure scalability and performance for large enterprise environments.

Customer and Use Case Development :

- Work with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges.

- Translate customer requirements into product features and roadmap priorities.

- Support customer deployments, POCs, and product demonstrations.

Product Execution :

- Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and technical specifications.

- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and operations teams.

- Track delivery milestones and ensure product quality.

Go-to-Market Support :

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product messaging and positioning.

- Support technical demos, solution architecture discussions, and product training.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in product management or technical program management.

- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and distributed systems.

Familiarity with technologies such as :

1. Kubernetes

2. CI/CD pipelines

3. Cloud APIs

4. Observability tools

5. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

- Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building enterprise infrastructure or developer platforms.

- Familiarity with graph data models, event-driven systems, or observability platforms.

- Background in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
