Role Overview :

As a Technical Product Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of technology-driven products, ensuring alignment between engineering teams and business goals. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy based on market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create a product roadmap.

- Develop and manage the product lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on time and with quality.

- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

- Identify and resolve roadblocks to team progress, facilitating smooth development cycles.

- Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for seamless product launches.

- Stay customer-focused by anticipating feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Make strategic decisions, resolve conflicts, and advocate for the products vision within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably with a software or tech background.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Python, .NET, Java, or Node.js.

- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, track progress, and coordinate across teams.
