Technical Manager - AI/ML (Image Processing & Enhancement)

Your tasks :

- Lead and manage AI/ML projects focused on advanced image processing, computer vision, and image enhancement for automotive and healthcare applications.

- Drive the architecture, and end-to-end development of AI based solutions for ADAS, driver monitoring, medical imaging diagnostics, and enhancement tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, product, and research teams, to define requirements and deliver robust AI/ML solutions.

- Provide technical leadership in deep learning, classical computer vision, and signal processing techniques.

- Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers and researchers

- Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art models in image super-resolution, denoising, segmentation, and classification.

- Interface with customers and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable and production-ready AI systems.

- Ensure high-quality documentation, technical reports, and intellectual property (IP) contributions.

Your profile :

- 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, image processing, computer vision, and related fields.

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

- Strong background in automotive (ADAS, DMS, object detection) and/or healthcare imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT enhancement).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

- Image enhancement, super-resolution, denoising, segmentation, feature extraction.

ML Techniques :

- CNNs, GANs, transformers for vision, classical computer vision.

Domain Knowledge :

- Automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE), DICOM, HL7, medical imaging formats.

Optimization :

- Quantization, pruning, real-time inference on GPUs, NPUs, embedded systems.

Tools :

- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Data Handling :

- Large-scale image datasets, annotation workflows, synthetic data generation.

Deployment :

- Edge devices (NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm, TI)
