Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced OneStream Technical Lead / Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in OneStream implementation, development, configuration, and technical delivery.

The role will involve leading OneStream implementations, designing scalable solutions, managing technical teams, and working directly with clients to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience delivering multiple OneStream implementation projects, with strong technical leadership and client-facing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end OneStream implementation and enhancement projects from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Design scalable and maintainable OneStream technical solutions aligned with business and financial requirements.

- Perform hands-on OneStream development, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

- Translate functional and business requirements into technical designs, development specifications, and implementation solutions.

- Lead technical discussions, solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and design walkthroughs with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor OneStream technical teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and development guidance.

- Review existing OneStream applications and recommend improvements in architecture, performance, maintainability, and automation.

- Coordinate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, QA, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Support data integration, application configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Troubleshoot complex OneStream application and integration issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.

- Ensure technical solutions follow OneStream best practices, security standards, development standards, and governance requirements.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture documents, design specifications, deployment procedures, and support documentation.

- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery issues across implementation projects.

- Support project estimation, technical planning, effort assessment, and delivery governance where required.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of OneStream development frameworks, reusable components, and delivery practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 9 years of experience in OneStream development, implementation, or technical consulting.

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 OneStream implementation projects.

- Strong experience in OneStream development and configuration.

- Experience working in Technical Lead and/or Solution Architect roles within OneStream implementations.

- Proven experience leading OneStream technical teams and providing technical mentoring.

- Strong understanding of OneStream application architecture and implementation lifecycle.

- Experience with requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to lead solution design discussions and technical workshops.

- Experience collaborating with functional consultants, business stakeholders, QA, integration teams, and project managers.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies, and software development best practices.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and technical leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment.

Good to Have :

- OneStream-related certifications.

- Experience with financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or other EPM processes.

- Exposure to OneStream integrations and enterprise data platforms.

- Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams.
