As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Conduct peer code reviews, identify potential issues, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.

- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes within the team.

- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and software development.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
