We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Consultant/Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management and the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should be capable of configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting SPM solutions while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

- Work with SPM/PPM modules to support portfolio, program, project, demand, resource, and financial management processes.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and related platform capabilities.

- Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and other integration mechanisms.

- Use JavaScript and Glide APIs for platform development and customization.

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to support portfolio and project decision-making.

- Support Agile/Scrum processes and integrate SPM capabilities with enterprise project management practices.

- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions.

- Support testing, deployment, upgrades, enhancements, and production releases.

- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development/consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM.

- Good understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management processes.

- Strong ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, and Glide API.

- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow development components.

- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and project management processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow CSA certification.

- ServiceNow SPM/PPM certification.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform enhancement projects.

- Experience integrating SPM with other enterprise applications.

- Experience working in large-scale Agile/Scrum environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
