Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead CPQ/RCA with strong hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud/Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The candidate will be responsible for technical design, development, integrations, customization, troubleshooting, and leading the development team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud solutions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and customize CPQ configuration, pricing, quoting, and product catalog solutions.

- Work on Product Rules, Price Rules, Configuration Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates and Approval Rules.

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems such as ERP, CRM, billing and payment platforms.

- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and Salesforce APIs.

- Work with Revenue Cloud / RCA capabilities including product catalog, pricing, quoting and order management.

- Lead technical discussions, code reviews and solution walkthroughs.

- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis and production issue resolution.

- Ensure best practices for scalability, security, performance and maintainability.

- Mentor developers and coordinate with functional consultants, business analysts and QA teams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning and release activities.

- Support CI/CD and deployment activities using tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.

- Experience with Revenue Cloud / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

Strong knowledge of:

- Product Catalog

- Product Bundles

- Configuration Rules

- Product Rules

- Price Rules

- Discount Schedules

- Advanced Approvals

- Quote Templates

- CPQ Workflows

- Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce APIs

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security

- Experience with ERP/CRM integrations

- Good knowledge of Salesforce Flow and automation

- Git / Salesforce DX / CI-CD experience

- Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills

- Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce developers

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce CPQ Certification

- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Certification

- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / RCA migration or implementation

- Experience with Order Management

- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware

- Experience working with offshore/onshore teams

- Strong stakeholder communication skills
