Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable SaaS solutions.

- Drive technical architecture, solution design, and development across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.

- Establish and promote engineering best practices, including secure coding, automated testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and maintainability.

- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, quality, and innovation.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Guide Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

- Drive DevOps initiatives and ensure efficient CI/CD pipeline implementation and cloud deployment practices.

- Identify and resolve technical challenges while maintaining platform reliability, scalability, and security.

- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence within the engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably within SaaS or product-based environments.

- Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Solid experience in backend application development and relational database management.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture, application security, and performance optimization.

- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

- Exposure to AI-powered development tools and modern software delivery practices.

- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
