Technical Lead - PHP/MEAN Stack

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design and development of web applications using PHP and MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, mentoring, and best practices.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Translate functional and business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery.

- Oversee application performance, scalability, and security.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

- Identify and resolve technical risks and production issues proactively.

- Support deployment, release management, and post-production maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 10 years of hands-on experience in web application development.

- Strong expertise in PHP (Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar frameworks).

- Strong experience with MEAN Stack : MongoDB Express.js Angular Node.js

- Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.

- Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and MVC architecture.

- Experience with front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.

- Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.

- Prior experience in a product-based environment
