Technical Lead - Oracle UIM

Job Description :

- Design, implement, and configure service and resource inventory models (CFS/RFS).

- Implement inventory lifecycle management, resource allocation, and reservation.

- Develop UIM cartridges using Design Studio.

- Maintain network topology and service/resource relationships.

- Integrate UIM with OSM for fulfillment orchestration.

- Expose inventory services through TMF APIs (TMF638, TMF639).

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and single source of truth across systems.

- Implement API and event-based integration (no direct DB access).

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience in Oracle UIM (modeling, cartridges, topology).

- Strong understanding of Service/Resource inventory concepts.

- Experience with TMF Open APIs and SID model alignment.

- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and data governance.

- Exposure to REST APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
