Technical Lead - Microsoft Platform Implementations

Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end solution architecture across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365

- Lead development using teams across Power Platform, Copilot and Dynamics 365 BC & CRM.

- Ensure delivery meets quality, performance, security, and scalability standards.

- Presales technical support with proposal, presentation, demo and PoCs.

- Handle complex customizations and integrations

- Conduct code reviews and technical audits

- Mentor and guide technical teams.

- Good at adoption of new Microsoft technologies and new technology trends

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong on articulating business solution using Microsoft technologies

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Copilot.

- Knowledge of Azure integration services, REST APIs, Dataverse, Devops

- Strong documentation and solution-design skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong problem solving ability

Preferred Skills :

- Experience leading multi-module Microsoft implementations

- Experience working with Multi customer delivery environments

Certification/Training :

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
