Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.

- AI Solution Design: Design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions using LangChain or similar frameworks, RAG, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.

- Model Development: Build and tune models using RAG, vector databases, and knowledge graphs, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.

- Production-Grade Deployment: Deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including data scientists, product managers, and engineers, to drive AI initiatives and align them with business goals.

- Innovation: Drive innovation in machine learning, deep learning, and large language model applications, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

- Strategic Mindset: Align AI initiatives with business goals, ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements and drive value.

Requirements :

- Total Experience: 7-10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.

- Relevant Experience: 8 years of experience in AI solution design, development, and deployment, with a focus on LangChain or similar frameworks, RAG, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.

Primary Skills :

- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.

- Skilled in building and tuning models using RAG, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.

Secondary Skills :

- Experience with large language models and their applications.

- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and services.
