Role Overview :

As a Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical designs.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, optimizing system performance, and providing technical guidance to the team. This role directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' supply chain planning processes, leading to improved business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and development of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Participate in project planning and estimation, providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions within the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform, including experience with Kinaxis Maestro.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architectures.

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and related business concepts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Mumbai.
