Hiring : Technical Lead - HPC (High Performance Computing)

Location : Chennai, India

Experience Required : 714 Years

CTC Range : 2050 LPA

Notice Period : Immediate to 60 days

Work Mode : Onsite (Chennai)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support high-performance computing (HPC) clusters

- Expertise in CPU/GPU architecture, scalable storage, and high-bandwidth interconnects

- Configure Linux OS for HPC environments (SuSE, RedHat, Rocky, Ubuntu)

- Generate hardware BOMs, manage vendors, and oversee hardware release

- Develop scripts and documentation to support manufacturing and customer delivery

- Maintain robust storage systems and manage cluster networking

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in HPC systems and Linux administration

- Deep knowledge of HPC hardware servers, GPUs, networking, storage, BIOS, BMC

- Strong scripting skills (Shell and Python)

- Understanding of system and network protocols : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.

- Experience with configuration management tools : Salt, Chef, or Puppet

- Background in Computer/Electrical Engineering (BE/BTech/MS/MCA/MSc only)

- Stability in previous roles (minimum 2 years per company)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- DevOps knowledge : CI/CD (Jenkins), Git-based repositories, containers (Singularity, Docker)

- Experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana

- Knowledge of reverse proxy/load balancers : Apache, Nginx, HAProxy

Eligibility Criteria :

- Education : BE/BTech/MS/MCA/MSc in Computer or Electrical Engineering

Note : Diploma holders and candidates with only BCA/BSc (3-year degree) will not be considered
