Job Title : Google Dialogflow Tech Lead

Experience : 7 to 12 years of relevant experience

Location : Noida / Pune / Bangalore / Gurgaon

Role Overview :

The Google Dialogflow Tech Lead will lead the design, development, and delivery of conversational AI solutions including chatbots, voice bots, and IVR systems using Google Dialogflow and CCAI platforms.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end delivery of conversational AI projects.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Lead the design and architecture of chatbot, voice bot, and IVR solutions using Google Dialogflow

- Own end-to-end development, integration, and delivery of Dialogflow and CCAI projects

- Act as technical SME for conversational AI platforms and frameworks

- Drive requirements analysis and solution design for conversational use cases

- Implement and manage conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic

- Develop and manage integrations with backend systems and APIs

- Lead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution for live bots

- Ensure best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability of conversational solutions

- Mentor and guide development teams on Dialogflow and CCAI best practices

- Collaborate with product, QA, and business stakeholders for successful delivery

- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards

- Support deployment, testing, and production rollout activities

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow platform

- Proven experience delivering 3 to 5 conversational AI projects on CCAI or Dialogflow

- Expertise in chatbot development, voice bots, and IVR solutions

- Strong understanding of Dialogflow CX concepts including flows, playbooks, and ADK

- Experience with CCAI integrations and orchestration

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for conversational platforms

- Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations

- Strong understanding of conversational design and NLP concepts

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualifications :

- B.Tech or equivalent qualification

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based deployment and monitoring

- Exposure to CI/CD practices for conversational AI solutions

- Experience working in enterprise-scale conversational AI implementations
