Technical Lead Data Science

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai, India (5 Days Work From Office)

Experience : 5-10 Years

Office Timing : 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Notice Period : Immediate to 7 Days Only (Must be able to join before May 7th, 2025)

Role and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, and Large Language Model (LLM)/Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.

- Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Python-based ML pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

- Design and manage associated databases required for ML and NLP applications.

- Take ownership of deploying AI models and Python applications on cloud platforms, specifically Azure or AWS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers within the team, fostering their growth and development.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in the fields of ML, NLP, and GenAI, and evaluate their potential application within the organization.

- Implement and promote LLMOps best practices for efficient management of the LLM lifecycle, including experimentation, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Skillset Requirements :

- Possess 510 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Data Science.

- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Python programming for data science and machine learning.

- Have at least 3 years of practical experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing models.

- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.

- Have at least 2 years of experience working with any relational or NoSQL database systems.

- Possess 1+ years of practical experience in deploying Machine Learning models and/or Python applications on either Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- Familiarity with LLMOps principles and tools is considered a significant plus.
