Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#/.NET and Azure cloud technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical depth, leadership capability, and prior exposure to healthcare workflows while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technical design and development of enterprise-grade applications using C#/.NET

- Architect and implement asynchronous, high-performance, and scalable solutions

- Enforce SOLID principles, clean architecture, and best coding practices

- Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure technical excellence

- Drive cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and high availability

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data protection standards

Technical Skills Required :

Core Technologies :

- Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)

- Deep understanding of async/await, multithreading, and concurrency

- Expertise in Dependency Injection and SOLID principles

- Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)

- Strong SQL skills with SQL Server / PostgreSQL

- Experience with Redis Cache (Mandatory)

- Experience with Healthcare workflows, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)

Azure Cloud :

- Hands-on experience with :

- Azure Functions & App Services

- Azure Storage (Blob)

- Azure Service Bus

- Application Insights
