Role Overview :

As a Tech Lead for Boomi Integration, you will serve as the technical anchor for our enterprise-level integration landscape, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, enterprise architects, and key stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain robust integration patterns that ensure seamless data flow across our ecosystem. By spearheading the architecture of high-performance middleware solutions, you will directly influence the efficiency of our business operations and the quality of the end-user experience, ensuring our systems remain agile, secure, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex Boomi integration processes to ensure high availability and data integrity across disparate enterprise systems.

- Lead the design and implementation of API-led connectivity strategies, enabling scalable communication between cloud-based and on-premise applications.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of performance, security, and maintainability within the Boomi AtomSphere environment.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate intricate functional requirements into technical specifications that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Optimize existing integration workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing performance tuning techniques to reduce latency and operational costs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere, with a deep understanding of Boomi architecture and best practices.

- Proven ability to develop custom logic using Java and manage data transformation tasks involving XML and JSON formats with high precision.

- Strong proficiency in API management, including the design, documentation, and security of RESTful and SOAP-based web services.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including agile methodologies, version control, and automated deployment pipelines.

- Capability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent technical leadership with collaborative team efforts in our Gurgaon or Hyderabad offices.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 8 - 15 years of progressive experience in integration architecture and development.
