Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to design and implement enterprise-grade conversational AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, LangChain, NodeJS, and Python. This role will drive the development of scalable, secure, and intelligent AI-powered solutions, integrating advanced natural language capabilities with enterprise data systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conversational AI Development : Build and implement conversational AI applications using NodeJS, Python, and Azure OpenAI.

- Integration & Architecture : Integrate AI technologies including LangChain, Azure Cognitive Services (Cognitive Search, Indexes, Indexers, APIs) to enable advanced natural language understanding.

- Security & Compliance : Implement private endpoints across Azure services to ensure secure and compliant deployments.

- Frameworks & APIs : Design schemas, APIs, and frameworks to operationalize AI models and connect them to conversational interfaces.

- Workflow Logic : Develop application logic for conversation workflows, context handling, personalized recommendations, and sentiment analysis.

- Cloud Deployment : Lead deployment of production-ready AI applications on Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.

- Data & Monitoring Tools : Create tools for annotating training data, monitoring model performance, and optimizing AI pipelines.

- Mentorship : Guide and mentor developers, providing training on best practices in conversational AI development.

- Vector Databases : Build and productionize vector databases on Azure (PostgreSQL, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB).

Requirements :

- Experience : 8+ years in core application development; 2+ years leading AI app and conversational interface development.

Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on implementation of Generative AI tools on Azure Cloud.

- Deep proficiency in Python and NodeJS.

- Expertise in SharePoint indexes, Azure SQL data/file structures.

- Knowledge of Azure Form Recognizer tools.

- Experience with LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Search.

- Strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) using Python.

- Proficiency in Prompt Engineering with LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Knowledge of NLP techniques (transformer networks, embeddings, intent recognition).

- Hands-on skills in embedding and fine-tuning Azure OpenAI models using MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.

- Collaboration Skills : Strong communication, DevOps, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
