Job Description:

Strong Technical Implementation manager profile with exposure to enterprise clients in B2B SaaS domain.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 1. Experience 1: Must have 4+ years in Technical Implementation Manager, SaaS Implementation manager, or Technical Project Implementation Manager roles with at least the recent 2+ years in a B2B SaaS company dealing with enterprise clients.

- 2. Experience 2: Must have direct experience leading end-to-end software, tech product, or tech project delivery.

- 3. Experience 3: Must have external or client project implementation experience (not looking for internal project managers).

- 4. Experience 4: Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful customer go-live.

- 5. Experience 5: Must be comfortable engaging and presenting to C-level executives, Directors, VP-level stakeholders, and enterprise decision-makers, with proven ability to build strategic long-term relationships.

- 6. Core Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting capability.

- 7. Company: B2B SaaS Product companies.

- 8. Note 1: Not looking for implementation engineers but someone who handles the implementation projects.

- 9. Note 2: We have 5 open positions of which 1 position is for Pune, and the rest 4 are for Bangalore/Gurgaon.

- 10. Education: Engineering graduate.
