Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consultant / Product Manager with strong expertise in enterprise CLM platforms, workflow automation, integrations, cloud architecture, and AI-driven legal operations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Security, and Engineering teams to modernize enterprise CLM ecosystems using scalable architecture and AI/LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, and IT teams.

Analyze and optimize existing CLM implementations and workflows.

Work on modern CLM platforms including :

Design scalable CLM architectures integrated with :

- ERP Systems (Oracle / SAP)

- CRM Platforms (Salesforce)

- Procurement Systems

- IAM Solutions

- E-signature Platforms (DocuSign / Adobe Sign)

Collaborate with engineering teams on :

- REST API Integrations

- Workflow Automation

- Metadata Architecture

- Security & Access Controls

- Microservices & Cloud Architecture

Drive AI/LLM-based legal automation initiatives including :

- Contract Summarization

- Clause Extraction

- Risk Scoring

- Intelligent Redlining

- Contract Review Copilots

- Agentic Workflow Automation

- Support enterprise modernization initiatives using cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions.
