We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in building Python data engineering solutions for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python.

This is a direct and permanent role.

Skills Required :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Python.

- Strong expertise in Python, software architecture, and APIs.

- Proven experience in building Gen AI utilities, AI agents, and LLM-based solutions.

- Strong people management experience leading engineering teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.

- Experience in technical delivery management, project planning, and execution.

- Experience in code reviews, engineering best practices, and mentoring developers.

- Hands-on experience in RAID management and delivery governance.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

- Ability to leverage AI-driven solutions to improve engineering productivity and delivery quality.

Mandatory :

- Experience on Trading Domain.

Responsibilities :

- Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products.

- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.

- Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers.

- Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan.

- RAID management of project.

- Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality.
