Role Overview

Grey Chain AI is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who can lead end-to-end delivery of AI-first products across enterprise and consulting environments.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing complex delivery programmes from initiation to production, driving execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases, and maintaining alignment between business stakeholders and engineering.

You will act as the delivery backbone between business stakeholders, consulting teams, and engineering - owning project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and release governance for AI-powered platforms, digital products, and internal IPs.

This role requires someone who can think like a programme leader, operate with delivery rigour, and manage execution with strong technical depth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from project initiation through release, adoption, and hypercare

- Drive delivery planning by defining project scope, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps

- Translate business requirements and product goals into structured delivery plans, sprint schedules, and release timelines

- Act as the primary delivery owner for the business - coordinating in real time with Grey Chain's engineering teams and serving as the day-to-day accountable owner for timelines and delivery decisions

- Translate product backlogs into sprint-level delivery plans, capacity models, and execution schedules for AI product workflows

- Drive delivery ceremonies - sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release reviews - for consulting-practice use cases

- Own project-level roadmap tracking, release planning, and stakeholder status reporting

- Work closely with engineering teams on delivery risks, architecture dependencies, integration timelines, and platform readiness

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to plan and track delivery of Gen AI, Agentic AI, copilot, automation, and workflow features

- Maintain project delivery artefacts - project plans, RAID logs, delivery dashboards, sprint trackers, and release notes

- Define and track delivery KPIs, velocity metrics, quality gates, and release health indicators

- Partner directly with clients/stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate delivery status, and resolve escalations

- Identify execution risks proactively, unblock engineering teams, and ensure fast decision-making in high-growth environments

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Delivery Management / Technical Programme Management / Technical Delivery roles

- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex digital or AI products from kick-off to production

- Strong experience in startup, product-led, or fast-paced digital product delivery environments

- Strong understanding of delivery frameworks, dependency management, release planning, and risk mitigation

- Experience delivering AI/ML/Gen AI products or platforms

- Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, integration delivery, and technical programme workflows

- Experience maintaining delivery artefacts - project plans, RAID logs, sprint reports, and stakeholder dashboards

- Strong Agile/Scrum execution experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Technical Programme Manager

- Ability to independently manage business stakeholders, escalations, and delivery decisions

- Strong ownership mindset with high execution rigour and attention to delivery health

Preferred Experience

- Experience delivering AI copilots, agentic workflows, RAG systems, automation products, or enterprise AI solutions

- Experience in consulting or product engineering organisations

- Exposure to B2B SaaS delivery, enterprise platform programmes, or internal product incubation

- Entrepreneurial or startup delivery experience is highly preferred

- Experience managing delivery for global stakeholders and clients
