About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact technical programs across multiple engineering teams. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive cross-team collaboration, manage complex dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile delivery, release governance, stakeholder management, and technical program execution within a FinTech or regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple engineering squads.

- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery roadmaps for large-scale initiatives.

- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Platform teams to drive successful program execution.

- Define and implement delivery governance, release management, and production readiness processes.

- Drive Agile delivery practices, PI Planning, dependency management, and program-level ceremonies.

- Monitor program health, critical paths, risks, and delivery metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

- Build and maintain executive dashboards, risk registers, and delivery reports using Jira.

- Translate technical delivery plans into business-focused updates for executive stakeholders.

- Improve delivery processes, governance standards, and Agile maturity across engineering teams.

- Ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements within a regulated financial services environment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Leadership.

- Proven experience managing complex technical programs across 8+ engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise software delivery.

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Jira administration, dashboards, workflow configuration, and reporting.

- Experience driving release governance, production readiness, and deployment planning.

- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to communicate effectively with Engineering Leaders, Architects, Product Managers, and Executive Leadership.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Trading Platforms, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with distributed global engineering teams.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering processes.
