Technical Consultant - Zuora Billing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Zuora Billing Technical Consultant to support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancements.

- Develop and support integrations with CRM and payment platforms.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.

- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- 6 - 10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.

- Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora data/object model.

- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments.

- Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
