Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions within SAP MDG, including data models, UI configurations, validations, and derivations to meet specific business requirements.

- Configure and customize SAP MDG workflows to automate master data creation, change, and approval processes, ensuring efficient data governance.

- Develop and maintain ABAP code for data migration, data cleansing, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring data integrity.

- Collaborate with SAP Basis team to ensure proper system configuration, performance tuning, and security settings for SAP MDG environments, maintaining system stability.

- Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and develop remediation strategies, improving data accuracy and reliability.

- Provide technical guidance and support to functional consultants and business users during the implementation and post-implementation phases, ensuring successful adoption of SAP MDG solutions.

- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP MDG implementations, minimizing system downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement SAP MDG solutions, including data modeling, UI configuration, and workflow development.

- Proven expertise in SAP ABAP development, including data dictionary objects, BAPIs, and user exits, to customize and extend SAP MDG functionality.

- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Workflow to automate master data processes.

- Solid understanding of SAP Basis concepts and experience in system configuration and performance tuning.

- Proficient in data migration techniques and tools, including LSMW and SAP Data Services, to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer.

- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, data cleansing, and reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Noida/Greater Noida.
