- A leading MNC in Bengaluru is looking for an experienced Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join their team.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM

- Strong expertise in Data Migration

- Proven track record of working on Fusion implementations and support

- Remote (India-based candidates preferred)

We are seeking a strong Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant who thrives on solving complex business problems in reporting and data migration. This role is ideal for professionals who are hands-on, self-driven, and passionate about enabling successful HCM Cloud implementations.

Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and E-Business Suite (EBS) data models (Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing).

- In-depth understanding of business process functionality and data flow in ERP Cloud (Finance or Supply Chain).

- Proficiency in SaaS technical components: BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, with expertise in performance tuning and writing optimized code.

- Proven experience in data migration from EBS to Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities :

As part of the Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Team, you will :

- Collaborate with remote and geographically distributed teams to build scalable, reusable solutions.

- Be technically hands-on, owning and driving key end-to-end product/services.

- Ensure customer success by delivering fixes, patches, and enhancements.

- Contribute to building a high-performance organization by referring and interviewing top talent.

- Design and develop reports and execute data migration for customer implementations.

- Translate business processes and requirements into technical designs.

- Actively participate in organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
