Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Migration Execution : Support and execute data/document migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, mapping accuracy, and seamless transition across regulatory systems.

- Validation & Compliance : Author, review, and execute Computer Systems Validation (CSV) deliverables, including Validation Plans, Risk Assessments, Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), and Validation Summary Reports.

- Platform Management : Navigate, configure, and manage data extraction and loading within enterprise Life Sciences platforms, prioritizing Veeva.

- Timeline Management : Work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet critical migration milestones without compromising quality or compliance standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve data discrepancies and system bottlenecks rapidly.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Critical / Must-Have Skill Set :

- Veeva Systems : 100% Mandatory. Extensive, hands-on experience with Veeva platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM, Veeva QualityDocs, or Veeva PromoMats) is required. You must be comfortable hitting the ground running on day one.

- Computer Systems Validation (CSV) : Strong foundational knowledge of GxP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11 regulations. Proven track record of validating software in a regulated environment.

Preferred Platform Familiarity :

- Experience or familiarity with Regulatory Information Management systems like Rimsys.

- Familiarity with training and learning management platforms such as Educare.

- Experience with other industry-standard QMS, RIM, or LMS platforms is a major plus.
