Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to drive business analysis and support the implementation of labelling software used in regulatory submissions for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software implementation within the pharmaceutical domain, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering & Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
System & Data Analysis :
- Conduct gap analysis on existing systems to identify enhancements, optimization opportunities, and integration needs.
Solution Design & Implementation :
- Work with developers, architects, and QA teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product demonstrations with client stakeholders.
Documentation :
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, data dictionaries, and user documentation.
Testing & Validation :
- Support QA and UAT processes to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and alignment with business needs.
Stakeholder & Project Support :
- Partner with project managers to track progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
Issue Resolution :
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
- Experience with business analysis, requirement gathering, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with web applications and SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions
- Database knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Shell scripting) is a plus
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Adaptability in fast-paced, multi-project environments
