Role Overview :

As a Tech Business Analyst - Capital Markets, you will be a critical bridge between our clients' business needs and our technology teams. You will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development and implementation of our Capital Markets solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across various teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of financial technology and directly impact the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Elicit and document detailed business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Capital Markets domain.

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and project timelines.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user manuals.

- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.

- Contribute to the development of training materials and provide training to end-users on new systems and features.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable technical solutions within the Capital Markets domain.

- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management principles.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

- Experience with API integration and data mapping.

- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in financial services.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
