Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience in the e-commerce domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Create and maintain Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Specifications, and other project documentation.

- Analyze business processes and design optimized workflows using BPMN, process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.

- Translate business requirements into detailed, implementation-ready technical specifications.

- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Review and document REST APIs and support API integration requirements.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and user acceptance.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology projects.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.

- Hands-on experience writing Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.

- Proficiency in BPMN, UML, process flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and API documentation.

- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the e-commerce domain.

- Knowledge of SAP Hybris is highly preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
