Job Title : Technical Business Analyst (with Software Engineering Background)

Location : Udaipur

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a solid foundation in software engineering to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in requirements analysis, system design, and hands-on coding or development practices, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC

- Analyze existing systems and propose scalable, efficient solutions

- Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and technical documentation

- Participate in system design discussions and architecture reviews

- Write basic code, scripts, or queries (as needed) for analysis, prototyping, or validation

- Support API integrations, data mapping, and system interoperability

- Conduct impact analysis and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

- 38+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Software Engineer

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred)

- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)

- Experience with databases (SQL, data modeling, querying)

- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and system integrations

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience as a developer or software engineer

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Experience with data analysis, ETL processes, or BI tools

- Understanding of system architecture and design patterns

- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
